Margot Finley-Aguilera leads the Avondale Search Executive Search practice in North and South America as well as Europe.  Expertise  primarily is focused on Full Executive Search, however her Hourly Name Generation, Sourcing, Candidate Development, Distributor Identification, and Acquisition Search projects have been increasingly sought.   

She has clients across a broad spectrum of industries including software, sales, marketing, training, maritime, oil and gas, technology, elearning and compliance. Based in St. Augustine, she relies on her network of search and research partners across the globe, each with their industry specialty. She has successfully recruited and placed hundreds of professionals and executives around the world with over 50 clients. Over ninety-two percent of the firms' clients report satisfaction with the hires Avondale has recruited for them, and return to the firm regularly for critical searches.

Previous Experience 

Prior to founding Avondale Search in 1996, Margot helped create and operate Humana International, now MRI International. As Director of Operations, based in London, she was instrumental in creating and expanding the executive search network across Europe, and across all sectors. Her areas of responsibility included marketing, training, support and search operations. Prior to Humana, Margot worked in IT Contract Staffing and as a Broadcast Journalist, assignment editor, producer and Show Host. Throughout her career, she has enjoyed writing articles for industry publications.

Margot received her B.A. in English from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.

William is a corporate education, IT education and IT Channel education leader, having directed all education and training initiatives for CompTIA, and IT association of 20,000+ members for eight years as Vice President of Education and Training. 

Known for his strong interpersonal communications, entrepreneurialism and solid business results, he has had P&L responsibility up to $130MM per annum, yielding profit increases through consistent double-digit revenue growth and sound expense management. Avondale is proud to have an Industry Leader like William as its Education Sector, Senior Industry Consultant. 

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE 
William has also served in key leadership roles for Beacon Institute for Learning, NIIT, and CompUSA, including roles as Chief Technology Officer/Director of Training, COO, Vice President of Advisory Services, IT Partner Enablement Senior Director of Training Sales, Director of Training Products, Network Training Manager, Training Center Business Manager and Technology Instructor. He resides in the Chicago area with his wife and children.
