The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for the retention, development, and revenue growth of a set of EXISTING accounts. The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for positioning him or herself within the senior levels of the client organization and will also interact with middle management and department staff when necessary. The ideal candidate has proven proficiency in managing and building client relationships; the ability to analyze needs in a consultative manner, present information effectively to all levels within the client web of influence; and manage service recovery.
Frequent contact with internal departments including consulting, services and product development will be required to maximize the revenue opportunity and client satisfaction within the assigned accounts. Client interactions tend to focus on information gathering and collaborative solution development in a proactive manner. The Strategic Account Manager will also be expected to operate independently and provide appropriate information and direction to other individuals as required to develop proposals, execute contracts, and to exceed the performance expectations of the client.
If you have experience as a solutions consultant in the Human Capital or Training Industry, or have experience maintaining/growing large accounts in this sector, you would likely be a good candidate for this role.
Compensation estimate: $160,000 - $180,000 at plan $110,000 to $120,000 base salary range in general with some flexibility for the right candidate. www.avondalesearch.com margot@avondalesearch.com |
